Leaking on bottom after 2 years.

No idea where it is l along on bottom. I think it has to do with clogged pump due to pet fur. Which would be very easy to troubleshoot if they put the hatch on the front to access it like other brands. You make it impossible for owner to troubleshoot. Will be buying higher quality and better brand next time.

Terrible craftsmanship!

We purchased this washer together with our new house, and on the day it was out of warranty it started leaking from the door seal! We've found a big tear in the rubber seal that the door presses into. Not buying whirlpool again!

Defective washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Kenmore & Kenmore Elite consumer for more than 40 years. We NEVER experienced defects or hiccups with any of our Kenmore products.
Regrettably, we purchased brand new Whirlpool appliances through the builder and each product, washer, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator have had issues.
Several times during the wash cycle the machine paused and a code of "FL" would flash, then "LO," would flash. After contacting Whirlpool, we were told to reset the machine.
We have not had the products for a month, and there are already issues.
So disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problem w/ spin cycle

we purchased this washer last October 2022 and it's had problems w/ the spin ever since it was installed. If it spins up, which is not always, the entire house shakes. Otherwise it just starts to spin then slows and stops. Clothes are generally still soaking wet when the cycle is complete. Is this a common problem?

Stay away if you want a washing machine that lasts

Washing machine came with my new house. Control board died after just 3.5 years. Really unacceptable quality.

Bad design to access the filter

the manual asks regular cleaning the filter, but to clean the filter, the top panel, front panel and door seal, need to be removed. It's super bad design.

Good washer but no front accessible filter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic washer works good. Problem is ours has a dryer stacked on top and there’s no front accessible filter clean out on the washer which is very poor design. Whirlpool cheaped out! One has to take the dryer off, pull out the washer, remove the rear cover and reach underneath to clean the filter. I would not recommend it his model unless you have clear unobstructed access to the rear of the machine.
