Very Noisy Won't Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago, I find it extremely noisy especially during the spin cycle. I have leveled it and placed pads under all 4 feet but it still shakes. My previous washer was so much better and lasted almost 20 years, I highly doubt that this Whirlpool washer will last 5 years.

Not happy my washer brook twice in 1 month

A Poor Choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Whirlpool was a lemon; it would just STOP in the middle of the cycle; the technician i had to call 3 times replaced 2 panels to no avail. I sent it back & bought a Speed Queen which works!!!

Too few choices

We have had this washer for at least two years and every other time while it is running, it counts down from 3 and flashes OFF. Constant beeping causing us to have to go to it and hold down the start button to make the flashing and noises stop. Nothing in the manual gives guidance on this and the company we purchased it from has no advise. Working from home and having to run to the machine to stop the beeping has been horrible. There is not intuitiveness in this product.

Leaking on bottom after 2 years.

No idea where it is l along on bottom. I think it has to do with clogged pump due to pet fur. Which would be very easy to troubleshoot if they put the hatch on the front to access it like other brands. You make it impossible for owner to troubleshoot. Will be buying higher quality and better brand next time.

Terrible craftsmanship!

We purchased this washer together with our new house, and on the day it was out of warranty it started leaking from the door seal! We've found a big tear in the rubber seal that the door presses into. Not buying whirlpool again!
