Straight to the point! Basic and very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched a new washer dryer set for almost 5 months as I wanted to make a purchase I would not regret. I find these reviews to be overwhelming at times as they can be so polar opposite. I am so happy I bought this set. I wanted a basic machine, not looking for features I was not interested in using. This is it! Very straightforward and intuitive to use. Yes, it makes some different noises but it was also replacing a 12 year old machine, nothing so weird or alarming and is exceptionally quiet when operating. The clothes come out SO DRY from the spin cycle it is amazing. No shake rattle and roll and was pretty level and balanced from the get go. My one “complaint” if you want to call it that is the end cycle signal is a bit on the quiet side even with the volume on 3, something I can easily live with. Well worth the wait while slugging it to the laundry all those months when researching!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a week ago to replace one that had broke down. Wow does this clean!! I stuck my husband's work shirts in on the sanitizer cycle and amazed at how clean they came!!! The load and go option is a huge plus!!

My first new machine ever and I am bummed

We bought this 11/27/19 I may have been able to do 2-3 loads of laundry where I don't have to unlock the machine and drag out the soaking wet items and rearrange the load and hope that this time it will go into the spin cycle. If I am lucky I will only have to rearrange it once but that is wishing to much. Usually it is at least 2 times. I have tried your customer service and here I am all these months with a new washer that doesn't work...I am furious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
