easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a front load washer and it took some getting used to. I find that I'm not doing as large a load each time. Other than that, it's working well. The cycles are easy to program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes come out not very clean. I have tried to change to even more expensive detergent but it won't clean like my old apartment washer. A washer doesn't have to be complicated to get simple work done
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Whirlpool frontload washer in our first home years ago so we knew we wanted one when we bought our new home. We are so glad we did!
