GARBAGE. Get literally any other model.

TERRIBLE DESIGN. your clothes will eventually start smelling like mildew and no matter how many times you use a cleaning tablet your clothes will still STINK. there’s no reasonable way to clean any filters or anything that could be causing this issue without taking the machine out and unscrewing panels and trying to squeeze your way into the machine. Unlike other models where they put a drawer to access the filter you need to be a licensed plumber to deep clean this atrocity. Whatever engineer designed this hunk of junk needs to be fired immediately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lower than average washer

I have whirlpool front door washer which it’s door is plastic not glass anymore. Therefore it makes more sound when tumbling.
Secondly, this model 560chw uses too little water so I always add extra rinse time. That is not what I want. Last but not least, the digital control panel is so sensitive and most important thing is the drum spinning is not balance most the time. I wish I didn’t buy it.

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a home that included this washing machine. Its sleek design is quite appealing, and so far, it's functioning very well. My only concern is that it can be quite noisy during certain cycles, louder than others I've used in the past. However, it does perform its task adequately, and I am pleased with it overall.
