Cleans clothes!!!

My new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We returned home from a fabulous Pacific Northwest road trip to a broken washing machine. After the kind repair person advised us to get a new machine, we started calling around. Thankfully this machine was available for next day delivery ( all those travel clothes waiting impatiently to test it out!). It’s been a couple weeks and we are still “building our relationship” but so far it’s doing it’s job. I appreciate the water conservation features and thankfully it doesn’t “ talk much” like some other appliances. There are still features that I need to figure out, however isn’t that true of all relationships?

Good washing but confusion with Dryer

I have a stacked washer and dryer. What I don't like is the difference in instructions between when to close the door and when to select the desired cycle. One is BEFORE and one is AFTER and as I write I don't remember which one is which --have to keep a note nearby.

Labelling should be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased back in December 2021. Had them delivered on January 20, 2022 because both units were damaged. Received the New units 2 days later. Installed the stacked washer and dryer February 5, 2022. Tried my machined out to find the noise outrageous and the units dancing all over the floor. Called for repair to find the heavy duty screws to stop the tub from moving were still attached. Not impressed. If you get anything out of this message is..LABELLING IS NECESSARY ON THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE WASHER STATING AND POINTING WHICH SCREWS MUST BE REMOVED.
