Good machine but no front accessible filter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic washer…works good. Problem is there’s no filter clean out on the front of the machine. Ours are stacked in a small closet and taking the dryer off and pulling out the washer to remove the back cover and clean out the filter underneath is a huge undertaking.

The Worst Whirlpool Washing Machine ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had an appliance that broke down 3 times requiring 3 different parts. I only used this appliance for 3 weeks and it stopped working. 3 weeks??? The company needs to hire different quality control personnel. Thank goodness it is still under warranty or I would have put it to the curb.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washer stopped working after the first use, and the technician informed us that we would have to wait 15 days for a repair. The washer stopped mid-cycle with clothes inside, the clothes are started to smell because we can’t open the door until tech visited and it took 5 days

Just over a year old. Leaks from bottom on washer clean cycle. Just started squealing when spinning clothes out. Would not recommend.
