[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is straight forward and easy to use. Clothes come out clean without using a lot of water. If I could suggest anything it would be having the option to have one with a right swing door. The door gets in the way of transferring clothes to the dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loudest Washing Machine Ever

We bought this model to replace a previous 17 year old whirlpool we had. Thinking a newer model would be just as quiet. We were so wrong. The spinning drum
Is loud and shakes the floor it sits on. We tried washing small loads but it doesn’t make a difference. At times the clothes are so wet at the end of the washing, I have to run another drain cycle. I’m not impressed Whirlpool! I would like to return this model for a higher end model hoping it would make a difference.

Minor issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it a 2 or 3 years. Does a good job. Last few months occasionally finishes without completely draining. Suspect filter needs cleaning but support says it doesn't have one?
Solve by running it on "drain & spin" short cycle.
