Has alot of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer I about a month ago to replace a previous whirlpool washer. Took some time getting use to the touch screen and looking and flipping thru allbthe setting options. But over all quiet (unless on super fast spin rinse cycle) and does the job. Bonus with the fan fresh option, for when you start a load of laundry and then run errands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for about a week and love it. The Bluetooth app is really cool. I get alerts when my wash cycles are done. It also has a fan that helps prevent mildew so you can start laundry before bed and not worry about it sitting overnight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the washer but no drum light while washing

I just don’t understand why they removed the ability to turn on the drum light during the cycle. I didn’t realize. I’d purchased and then returned when I figured it out. That’s one of my favorite features of a front loader is the ability to turn on the inside light during the wash cycle. They had it before and removed it on the top end model? I’ve loved my previous Whirlpools but I’m very disappointed about this. Cutting costs? Come on Whirlpool!

Can’t get Load and Go to work. It’s been 3 weeks

We bought this washer along with the matching dryer. So far despite increasing the concentration level of detergent for the load and go, no detergent is actually getting distributed from the machine. We have checked that the machine is level, we have tried everything so far (I think). We can’t get it to work... so far the verdict is still out on whether we would recommend this item. If this doesn’t get resolved we would not recommend. I will update my review once I figure out the error...
