Nothing but problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer will connect to cell . I've tried everything hired technicians they couldn't get it to work other then connect to wifi it would but not cellphone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some things are great, some not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was installed in my new home and I have been using it for the past 2 months. I really wanted the option to have wifi connected appliances but the washer refuses to connect to the app despite multiple attempts. I love the load and go feature. It saves me time and mess with liquid detergent and fabric softener and now that I know how to turn off the fabric softener for loads of towels, I like it even more. Unfortunately today I had some really dirty laundry in the load and in spite of me selecting heavily soiled as the soil setting, the one item came out with some of the dirt still on it. I ran it through a second time and this time luckily it was gone. The size of the drum is excellent and I do like having all the options this unit provides. I did have it give me an error code one day that made no sense but it did clear after I shut the machine off and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expensive UI, cheap detergent dispenser

It has taken me multiple attempts to figure out how to start a simple load as well as remove the delayed timer. At the same time, the detergent dispenser on the top left exterior feels very cheap and seems like it will break.

Very bad Customer Service!

Very bad Customer Service. I spent 3 hours trying to reach the proper person that can help me, but it is really unfortunate that no one could help. I was passed on to different departments, but no one can help with my simple issue. Really bad!!

Front load WIFI washer with app !

WIFI connectivity and APP works OK, BUT after few washes we got several times RANDOM error codes that WATER WAS OFF. I had to cancel washing and restart and sometimes it worked and sometimes I had to restart again. Water supply never was off. Why anyone would close the water outlet to a washer during washing. Error always showed up at 37 mint before end of the washing cycle. After 20 washes I did UTILITY CLEAN and so far no error codes for past 2 weeks. Maybe sensor was dirty and cleaning the whole washer did it? I do not know. My wife says : " this washer is 22nd century ! and we are in 21st. " She says other things too but I am not going to write about it here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I cannot emphasize how much I hate this washer. It is 3 years old. I just slipped and fell on detergent that had leaked all out of the drawer onto the floor. I have replaced the door/touch screen two times in two years. I had to buy an extended warranty to get the washer replaced once. I have replaced the detergent drawer (both bottom and top) twice. It has leaked water from the bottom more times than I can count. I am now buying a whole new set and having this trashed. It is beyond frustrating and such a waste of money.

But it leaks water from the dispenser

I like the washer, I guess. There are annoyances with having to disable the detergent load and go bin every time rather than being able to save that setting and with the remote control but whatever. What annoys me the most is that it continually leaks water, like with every cycle, from the upper detergent dispenser. The technician said it was because I was loading too much detergent (I've had a front load for like 12 years, never with this issue...) but it even happens when I run 'clean cycle'. I cannot figure out why it continues to pool water and it's so frustrating!
