My very first ever front loader!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my (41 year) life I’ve been using the traditional top loader washing machine. The previous (Kenmore) was a top loader with an agitator in the middle. I have been pretty used to using these as the tub was filled with water to wash my clothes so that left me a little skeptical about these new and more modern front loaders. I have to say, the clothes do get pretty soaked (I was staring at it during the first few washes) in the machine. The great thing about this is that the liquid dispenser (at the bottom) automatically measures how much detergent is needed depending on the wash cycle. I no longer have to measure each cup per load. Oh and the noise level of this machine is Super Quiet! Total night and day compared to the old unit. Lastly, I find that the spin cycle to dry the clothes come out dryer than the old top load style too. The touch screen display is a feature that I liked, much more modern and a great “minimalist” look to go with the (newly renovated) laundry room. All major appliances in my house is now Whirlpool, never steered me wrong so far.

Good for three loads, then dead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it. I did a couple loads one day. The next I did one more. Then it died and does not power on. While it's under warranty, the parts are backordered, so who knows when I'll be able to use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New washer to replace OLD top loader. The touchscreen had a small learning curve, but we easily navigate it now. Clothes feel like the are cleaner too. I was worried about longer cycles but going from the really small tub to the 5 cu ft of this washer we get laundry done in fewer cycles. Sunday Laundry does not take all Sunday now. Still working through the old detergent pods, have not used the Load n Go feature but we have a new bottle of Swash detergent and really looking forward not worrying about adding detergent...or adding the correct amount!! Installed the washer on a Pedestal and it is rock steady during the spin, but we really focused on leveling for this reason. Absolutely suggest adding pedestals, my back does not scream getting laundry out of the machine anymore, the height is perfect now. Laundry is overall easier now. Easily the best washer I have ever used. Employee purchased, I am VERY proud of what we make!!

Good concept, poor execution of WiFi

Great machine

Bought this machine and works great, sensors are top notch.
Clothes comes out clean and well spin.
Only problem is with XL plus dispenser as since I removed and tried to fill, closing the lower drawer will not close, so unable to use
