broke immediately after installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the dispenser below, as I like to control how much goes in, especially if I am washing items that have been in a top load, there is much too much soap that comes out of the garments.
I also am not a big fan of the controls on the door...just a bit too low, going to make stands, may help....but when you need glasses to read....digital may not be all that attractive.
