Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes so much faster than my old GE. Clothes come out cleaner and dryer so they take less time to dry. Had issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity but I was able to get past that. Paired with Alexa but a lot of the features don't seem to work with Alexa. The app is kinda buggy. If you are running a wash cycle there is a page at the bottom that keeps popping up and down. Overall the Washer itself is terrific! The app and Alexa features need work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Features but Squeaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a month ago with the matching dryer. The washer door hinge is now started squeaking. The matching dryer has low heat and squeaks loudly through the entire cycle ever since day one. I will have to get a serviceman in. On a positive note, I love the wifi notifications, and the convenience of the load & go dispensers are great however it does make me feel a little unsure if the necessary amount of detergent and softener is being used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They are time-consuming, and quite frankly annoying I would not purchase that again.

Best set ever, large size drum to wash and dry, my queen and king size, duvets and pillows. The Load and Go detergent dispenser is the best! Adds as much detergent as necessary..no more messy spills.
