[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is great! It holds a lot of clothes and has room to give them a good toss! Haven't tried the steam cycle yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first electric dryer. Love the steam option and this thing is quiet. I stacked on top of the washer with no issues and the tub is huge!

Dryer Steam leaks Water
on February 19, 2025
Posted by: Negative Support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam feature leaks water past the door onto the floor. Called Whirlpool service and next day Diamond Express was here to fix the problem. The Technician called Whirlpool Engineering and was told “user should add more garments to the dryer load. Steam feature is for medium and large loads.” We have used the steam with very large to normal loads and it still leaks water past the door. Whirlpool engineering won’t admit there are problems with this model. Would not recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The touch control is a lot different than my old machine. With this one, I have to push harder to get it start. The steam refresh button is very difficult to push, and water collects by pedestal drawer when using steam refresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes must be dried in multiple cycles.
The clothes simply are getting dry.
