[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] only issue I have seen so far is with larger loads the moisture sensing shuts down dryer before loads are dry. need to put on timed dry to bypass this mode.

Apparently, Whirlpool does not provide user manuals with appliances. We received an installation guide, which they claim is an owner's manual, and a quick start guide. Neither are especially helpful in using the machine.

New dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the dryer a month ago. I had a Whirlpool previously. I think in general my old set was better. This one seems to have old controls such as countdown 1,2,3. It doesn't seem to dry all the way. I have to keep adding time. My new Whirlpool washer does not remove as much water, so the dryer times are now longer. In general the dryer works and it's ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has all the options you need without the WiFi option. The steam function helps keep the wrinkles at bay. It’s easy to y the temp for the fabric and the size is great for comforters. I am very happy with this dryer. I had my last Whirlpool dryer 13yrs and wanted to replace it with another as close to my old one as possible because it lasted so long. Didn’t need the WiFi and the steam was a must. I’m very happy so far and am sure this dryer will serve me for many years.
