Horrible dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but issues with this dryer since it was delivered on 12/10/19. It goes into lock mode whenever it feels like. The power shuts off completely and the only way to get power back is to unplug the dryer for at least 5 minutes. The front panel that sets the time for drying does not work all the time. Do not purchase this dryer unless you want a huge headache! Hopefully no one else has these issues. Plus the drying time is much greater than the dryer time on my old Whirlpool. Yesterday, the dryer stopped working and I had to use my neighbors Samsung dryer to dry the towels. It was much more efficient. If you want more info, please contact me.

Fantastic Dryer!! Huge capacity, Quiet, Beautiful!

We had Whirlpool Duets for years before this and loved them. This washer and dryer are fabulous too. The dryer is big enough to dry a big quilt or comforter. We are able to keep our laundry clean in these large machines. They are quiet and so beautiful. We love them and are very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an appliance repair business of 20+ yrs so we know a few things about appliances. Whirlpoo Duet is one of our top choices we recommend to our customers. On a personal level, this is the first time I have ever owned a new WA/DRY set, so far I am super happy with our purchase. With that said there is only a couple things I/we are not wowed about, the first one is the jingle to let you know the load is done is too quiet and I am unable to locate information if it is even possible to increase the volume on that, second issue is the Load and Go feature, however it is a great feature it is very confusing and reviews I have read many people are saying the same thing. Otherwise, so far I love these machines!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buttons are too sensitive to get it started. If not pushed in the precise part of the button it won’t start. Doesn’t get clothes completely dry!

Good Dryer, but wrinkles clothes.

Additionally, the dryer door opening is on the wrong side, but I guess that is our builder's fault.
