Horrible dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but issues with this dryer since it was delivered on 12/10/19. It goes into lock mode whenever it feels like. The power shuts off completely and the only way to get power back is to unplug the dryer for at least 5 minutes. The front panel that sets the time for drying does not work all the time. Do not purchase this dryer unless you want a huge headache! Hopefully no one else has these issues. Plus the drying time is much greater than the dryer time on my old Whirlpool. Yesterday, the dryer stopped working and I had to use my neighbors Samsung dryer to dry the towels. It was much more efficient. If you want more info, please contact me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the brand new dryer for the first time on 11/9/19 and it quit working 15 minutes after it started. Still sitting waiting for part.... would be quicker to send me a new dryer as parts are two weeks out. Id rather have a new dryer! Company arriving on the 23rd!

Huge and works awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and have used it several times since then. It drys everything so nicely and everything comes out wrinkle free. It is huge and so it dries a big load with no problem. Love the steam option. You can throw dry wrinked clothes in it and apply the steam option to "iron" them while you get ready. Wrinkles gone!
We have the washer too and have them stacked. They fit perfectly into the small space we have in our kitchen entry way. The color blends nicely into the light gray walls we have. Beautiful machines! So happy we got them!
