It was easy for my plumber to instal and I live the steam function. I recently recommended to my plumber brother and he just made the purchase and is delighted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item just about a month ago and it works great. Unfortunately, our laundry room is upstairs by the bedrooms... and this thing is really quiet. Using the same products as before... our clothes smell fresher than ever and are completely dry sooner than before. We haven't used this machine to its full capabilities, hopefully we can soon. We are really happy so far.

It was delayed several times. I think the most frustrating thing was I got a different story each time I contacted them.

A Trusted Brand to Our Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Whirlpool dryer took some getting used to. I had 18 year old Whirlpool dryer that had easier controls to operate. It takes longer to dry than my older one, but new appliances use energy efficient modes that older ones did not have. I just have to learn which fits with what I am drying. It’s a large capacity model which I like for drying quilts and blankets. Overall, I’m quite happy with it and we hope it has as long of a life as our old Whirlpool. I wish the end of cycle signal was louder though.
