Don not buy

This dryer is terrible, and warranty repairmen were equally bad. We’ve had this dryer for two years. During the first year under warranty, we had at least five visits for multiple issues. It has always made a rattling sound which has never been fixed. It doesn’t dry the clothes, and it regularly has to be unplugged to reset when it shuts itself off randomly. Takes multiple cycles to get one load of clothes done. Now at a point where we either spend a fortune with our own repairman or just buy a new one. Absolutely do not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean look for cleaning clothes

not satisfied and feel stuck with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not very satisfied with this product. I will press start on ‘normal’ and come back and it’s like the dryer doesn’t dry it very well and it’s brand new. My mother in law has the same one and hers does the same thing. I’ve changed the settings thinking that would work. I really miss my old whirlpool duet. I also feel like the doors on both the washer and dryer feel very cheap and could easily break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this and its companion washer with a Black Friday deal. It replaces a 20 year old (!) Kenmore Elite that we felt was probably on borrowed time. We love it so far. It’s a little taller than my previous setup but at 5’2” and the shortest in the house I can manage to see the top controls. It is quiet and works great with plenty of options. We didn’t want a unit with Wi-Fi as it would just be something else to break. Now let’s cross our fingers this one lasts as long as the one we just replaced.

Extremely quiet
