We purchased less than 6 months ago and are having issues with this already. Our washer just quit and was thinking about getting a whirlpool to match but this has been a pretty lousy dryer from the first load. Nothing is ever dry and we have checked the vents plenty of times. Now hoping for a repair or replacement but odds looks slim
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and there is an abnormal noise that exists for the first 5 minutes that the company is trying to fix. Very disappointing that on a new appliance this type of issue is not caught in the company’s quality processes.
Local service has been out once and could not figure out and will try again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Annoyed with This Product "Upgrades"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like some of it's features but really don't like the touch controls. They do not respond well to my touch. it takes me several tries to get my selections to stick and several more to get the dryer to start. The hold for 3 seconds to start is annoying, too.
