Good, But the Regular Cycle Leaves Things Damp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is nice and I hesitate giving it a 4-star review as opposed to a 5-star, but it has an annoying feature that many do today. That is the automatic sensor which stops the drying. Oftentimes, the clothes are still damp when the dryer stops. And unless you choose "time dry", it will only run a few seconds to a minute before it stops because it thinks the clothes are dry but they're not. I pretty much always run things on the "quick dry" cycle after a regular cycle because I know there will be damp clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was delivered damaged. Doesn't fully dry clothes on first cycle. I have to run it twice. Had to call the service department. The appointment is on the 12th of March.
When I spend that kind of money for a washer and dryer I expect them to be in working condition on arrival.
Very disappointed.

Good deal scratch/dent/ out of box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought the dryer with a matching washer. Have only used it a couple times but I can tell my clothes are both cleaner an dry faster too, wasn't much room so I had to buy a stacking kit, Fit perfectly. Rated it 4 star as I really haven't had a lot of use out of the washer and dryer yet. This may change as I get more familiar with the units, with obviously some more use.
