[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer to replace our old Whirlpool dryer. This dryer is a big upgrade from our old model. It has a ton of great features and is an energy star appliance. With normal and full loads it works like a champ. However with small loads the sensors seem to fail to detect that the load in not fully dry. In some cases shutting the dry off after only a minute or two of drying time. When we run small loads we have to set it on the timed dry setting, so small loads (one or two items) get don't get much benefit from energy savings.

For the reason of prior experience alone we looked toward another Whirlpool product as ours aged, but the features made it a done deal. All that said, having a new experience with the latest products we are very happy.
