Horrible dryer - does not dry clothes

We moved into our condo (which was brand new along with the appliances) in March 2021 and the dryer has consistently not worked since then. We are finally at the point of replacing it since it leaves our clothes with mildew if we don't remember to check it after putting it on for a dry cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Steam option is good, but where is my RACK?

As I wear only natural fabric, the drying rack is the must for me. More than a year ago I bought this dryer (with washer) directly from this site and NEVER got my rack!
Buttons are often fail to response.And even on AIR ONLY it adds a HOT air. I cannot dry my shoes or my cashmere sweaters in it! Also the manual settings are VERY limited. I can't chose my own time to dry, unless it is in 15 minutes increments.
I love steam option, though.

Garbage, broke in 2 months

DO NOT BUY. Purchased 5/2023 and broke 7/2023. Made service appointment 7/7 and they were supposed to come today, 7/17. Got a call this morning that they have to cancel and won't be here until next week now. Getting this piece of junk hauled off and buying a speed queen. Whirlpool is complete trash.

Great quite dryer
