Lots of settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to work very well. I switched the door the other side and now it won't stay closed when I put towels in to dry. I'm sure it's just not adjusted correctly.

Sensor dry does not work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t fully dry clothes in sensor mode. The only way I can get clothes to fully dry is to set to Time mode and dry for a long time on full heat. Sensor dry is highly ineffective.

1. Clean the Lint Screen: Mandatory: Clean the lint screen after every use. A clogged screen blocks airflow, extends drying time, wastes energy, and is a fire hazard. Wash the screen with soapy water if fabric softener residue builds up.
2. Check for AF/Check Vent Codes: Modern dryers signal venting restrictions with "AF" or "Check Vent" lights on some models.
3. Test Exterior Airflow:
Run the dryer on heat for 5–10 minutes.
Check the exterior exhaust hood.
Assessment: Airflow should be strong (like a hair dryer on high).

Zero quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased lg.whirlpool steam dryer which took three weeks for delivery. Used it for first load and waist bands of pajamas didn’t dry. We attempted a light spread and after 3 plus hours had to hang on a clothesline since it was saturated. There also is no user manual with product. Had to download manual, for the cost I feel a manual could have been included……we now have to wait 2 more weeks for a service technician!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer leaks water from the door when using steam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still use the steam function to refresh my clothes since it is one of the things I like most about the dryer.
However, it has a design flaw as there is a seam in the bottom of the door gasket they should have put on top because I believe it wouldn't have leaked from there. (Of course I'm not an engineer)
So, when I use steam I put a wash cloth on the floor below the door.
