[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer about 3 weeks and I love it. I had originally picked out a lesser model but upgraded before delivery. I am really loving it and hope it lasts the 13 plus years my Whirlpool Duet did.

What am I doing wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been two weeks that I have had the drier and I haven’t been able to get one single load fully dry!! I can’t believe! I have had to have every load go through two times. Last night’s load was only two towels, 2 dry fit Tshirts, some socks, one dry fit short and and two cotton polos. I had to put back in one towel, a couple of socks and the polos because they were still humid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 3rd similar set of Whirlpools that I have purchased in the past several years at several different properties. Don not buy

This dryer is terrible, and warranty repairmen were equally bad. We’ve had this dryer for two years. During the first year under warranty, we had at least five visits for multiple issues. It has always made a rattling sound which has never been fixed. It doesn’t dry the clothes, and it regularly has to be unplugged to reset when it shuts itself off randomly. Takes multiple cycles to get one load of clothes done. Now at a point where we either spend a fortune with our own repairman or just buy a new one. Absolutely do not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
