[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Whirlpool steam dryer we have owned. Crazy but we never used the steam feature on the first one. We like this one except for the water that drips out the door onto the floor. The larger capacity is great for king bedding. I wish the alert sounds were a bit louder since it’s difficult to hear if one is very far away. The dryer is 1/2 of a great pair but the biggest selling point was MADE IN THE USA. We realize the components probably were not but some is better than none.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Whirlpool brand dryer. We acquired this new model 6 weeks ago. Compared to our old Duet, the new dryer is very very noisy. A technician came to install parts to reduce noise - a problem known to the company - but after just two days, the device is still just as loud. It is unimaginable that Whirlpool designed such a loud appliance considering that the previous model was much quieter. Unfortunately, Whirlpool will no longer be included in our choices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Supposed to come with free dryer rack, every time I go to redeem, it is out of stock. Doesn't seem to dry very well, takes a long time and items often still come out a little damp

Good service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few problems with my machines. My dryer doesn’t dry right and my washer drum is out of balance. I am a bit frustrated with it however the service for repair was good and now I am just waiting on the parts. I am hoping that once they get fixed that they will work as good as they look. I do like how big they are.

Large Efficient Dryer

I like all the features of this dryer including the fact I can pick timed dry if I choose. I do not use fabric softener and all my towels still come out soft and fluffy. It is also very attractive and looks great in my laundry room. Whirlpool is the best!!

Our new dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. We bought a matching laundry pair. We went with another Whirlpool set because our last pair lasted over 18 years. Our washer needed new bearings but the dryer was still going. We sold the dryer to a local person and hopefully they will get some good use out of it.
