Do not purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a long time to purchase a new washer and dryer before I was going to retire. I wish I had my old Kenmore dryer back. This dryer takes forever to dry. If you use the 'steam' setting your clothes just end up wet! This dryer was a total waste of my money. I thought I was getting a great 'American' made brand. I wish I could take it back. I will NOT recommend this brand to anyone for anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer at the beginning of the month and have been very satisfied with it. It seems to need less drying time used to dry the clothing compared to our old dryer. Clothing comes out with less wrinkles. Overall, I am very satisfied.
