[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 14 year old set (was her and dryer) kept requiring too much maintenance. It made sense to go for a new set. From the very beginning I knew it would not be the same. I’m not sure yet if the washer washes as well as the old one... still up for judgement. What I don’t like is that it has too many settings but all pre-determined. And none that you can add or subtract time according to what YOU want. I also HATE the on the go dispenser for soap. Don’t use it!!! In general, the washer is build cheap. The detergent drawer is built of the cheapest plastic material and it’s flimsy and doesn’t quite shut flushed to the machine. The rubber around the opening is also cheap and flimsy. There is a “steam cleaning cycle” that if it worked ok, it would be nice. I still have to use more to judge.... why I bought it? Because i needed it but I am still wondering if I am going to need just as much maintenance.
Dryer is ok. Had to be side vented and not sure if it was done 100%. But it might be a problem with the store. Which I already contacted, but since the coronavirus ordeal, I preferred to wait. they will take care of it.

Good features

Works great, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a repairman come out to check on the noise. He said there was a known fix. After the repair it is still somewhat noisy. It is a good dryer otherwise.
