It was delayed several times. I think the most frustrating thing was I got a different story each time I contacted them.

Unfortunately, our laundry room is upstairs by the bedrooms... and this thing is really quiet. Using the same products as before... our clothes smell fresher than ever and are completely dry sooner than before. We haven't used this machine to its full capabilities, hopefully we can soon. We are really happy so far.

It was easy for my plumber to instal and I live the steam function. I recently recommended to my plumber brother and he just made the purchase and is delighted.

not satisfied and feel stuck with product

I will press start on ‘normal’ and come back and it’s like the dryer doesn’t dry it very well and it’s brand new. My mother in law has the same one and hers does the same thing. I’ve changed the settings thinking that would work. I really miss my old whirlpool duet. I also feel like the doors on both the washer and dryer feel very cheap and could easily break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
