Outrageously Loud

I bought this dryer after my beloved 20 year old Kenmore dryer died a month ago. It matches my washer and I was hoping for a similar experience from my previous dryer, since it was made by Whirlpool. This is so outrageously loud! I don't understand how a dryer could be this noisy. I'm guessing they saved money and removed whatever sound dampening material used to be in the models 20 years ago. Just plain disappointing.

You Could Do Better

Complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks after installation and the dryer will not run a complete cycle. It stops before loads are dry. Dryer will dry clothes after repeated stopping and starting. Matter was reported to Ferguson where I purchased the dryer 4 day ago, they reported to Whirlpool, but still waiting for a technician to call me to schedule repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blower Wheel

Ready to live next to an airport runway?
