[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in July 2025 and I thought I’d like it since it’s a whirlpool but I was a little disappointed in how loud it is when it’s running. It dries the clothes fine just loud.

loud and not fixable

We purchased 14 of these dryers for our apartment rental building and I have spent a fortune trying to fix them and they are only 3 years old. The tenants complain of them sounding like a subway train. Technicians change the parts and the are still so loud. Do not buy this dryer as it is super loud. I think Whirlpool should reach out and do something at this point but I have not been successful.

quite simple, but still learning the features

Solid dryer with a few features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a no-frills dryer that gets the job done so far. Door was on the wrong side for our setup but Whirlpool has a helpful youtube video that helped me reverse the door. It defaults to a feature called "Eco-boost" which adds several more minutes to drying times.
I would recommend this to a friend!
