Doesn't dry fully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a month ago and have been disappointed that I have to consistently add more time to the drying cycle to get clothes to dry fully.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting used to them. I would rather have dials to select my options instead of the touch pad. For some reason my dryer is about a inch taller than the washer, and honestly I don't want to move, and disconnect to try to even them-up.
