[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer came along with the new build and purchase of townhouse. I am very disappointed with this model.
It terribly loud and disruptive to the entire house. It has been serviced without improvement.
I would really like a replacement as I have never before experienced a dryer which is louder than a washing machine. Can you help me, please. We just moved in 10/01/24

Poor set up

Unit came with my new townhouse and drying is a complete nightmare. It takes close to an hour just to get it to start because the err comes on each time and it doesn’t matter if the door is properly latched or not it won’t start unless you walk away from it for at least an hour then it magically senses the door is closed and starts. It’s beyond tedious and ridiculous
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
