Too early to really thoroughly rate this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using this product for a little over a month. As of today, the dryer does a decent job. Just be sure not to overload or it will take hours to get your clothes dry. Only time will tell if the quality of this product will stand the final test. My last dryer was a Whirlpool and worked perfectly for over 25 years, hopefully this one will last at least 10-12 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible design inside with cheap parts. I sent photos of design flaw to Whirlpool. Luckily I had plumber who had seen this problem before and he was able to gerry-rig the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recent purchase and seems to work well. Needed extra vent flow for our set up and hopefully this will work. Disappointed in strength of top metal. Rather weak and top crushed down when put pressure on it to get out from behind the washer and dryer after hooking up the vent system. Doesn't affect operation but dent is a shame.
