the first time I used the attachment I made the mistake to not turning off the sifter whilst creaming butter and sugar hence I made a mess trying to do this. The assembling was ok

I bought this accessory a month ago and it has been in continual use as I bake a few times a week. weighs ingredients accurately and sifts flours with ease creating light textured products. Easy clean in a dishwasher

I purchased this item once I had ordered my stand mixer. Its the most used attachment I own. Easy to use, works well, isnt bulky and is reasonably easy to wash up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The sifter/scale worked well, but I had to change bowls as the chute and cover didn’t fit in and over the ceramic bowl (KitchenAid option)
