Saves my hands!

I’ve used this twice now. First time I mustn’t have done it up tight enough and almost had a major disaster. Just finished using it for the second time and it was great! Obviously you can sift huge amounts at once but I just sifted 2.5 cups of flour and 3/4 cup of icing sugar with ease. Takes a little while but I now no longer have aching hands (I’ve had surgery so sifting was always a very painful task). Well worth it if you hate sifting!!

Accurate measuring which is great for small measur

Bought this a few weeks ago, used only once so far. When the flour comes down the spout it does go everywhere not into the large bowl. Will have to think how to modify the sifter, maybe turn the spout around into another bowl.

The tub at the top can fit nothing more than about 1 cup 1/2, while I was using it, the vibration must have loosened the screw and all the almond flour I had in there went all over the floor. Also the sifter gets clogged so as you have to actually stop several times, pull it apart and scrape it, then put it back together and continue. Also the whole thing feels flimsy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Id been waiting for this to be available having seen a video before it was for sale. Its fantastic , no more sifting huge amounts of icing for buttercream! Just stand back and let it go. The scales are great too!! Very happy . One enhacement for kitchenaid could be the ability to turn it off while it
remains attached , as the sifter keeps going empty.

I never knew this attachment existed until it was briefly mentioned in an online Kitchen Aid event so I did some investigating and purchased it. What an amazing device, makes sifting so much easier and the fact you can weigh it as well is great.
