As scale/sifter arrived assembled I didn't check if all parts were locked in properly, when I had started to sift the flour it wouldn't go through, as a matter of fact I finished up with flour everywhere. Word of advice when you receive the scale/sifter pull the parts out and reassemble it. It works fantastic then.

Game changer for baking!!

I bought this a month ago and have used a number of times. The scaler is so easy to use and now sits permanently on my bench. The sifting saves SO much time and is really easy to use.

I got this for Mother’s Day....best present!!! I stopped sifting when I started using my kitchen aid because it was too hard to sift while it was mixing with a hand held sifter! I had forgotten how much better my baking is when I sift!!! And the scales...so easy to use!!! Life changing!
