[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me and it is a little gem to have with your KitchenAid mixer. It was easy to assemble and use & super easy to clean. I love how you can measure and sift whilst it is attached to the mixer. Highly recommended.

Great little attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this thinking it would be used occasionally. It turns out it is used all the time. Very handy and very accurate. The recipes are turning out better than expected because ingredients are weighed to perfection and the quality of the sifting improves bread and cake results. So glad we purchased this Sifter and Scale.

Easy, clean and effortless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always found sifting flours a nuisance - messy and tiresome - until now! Love my scales and sifter. Just makes baking so much cleaner, quicker and easier overall. There can be some slight annoyance with removing and replacing the attachment if you need to add different ingredients, scrape the bowl etc but its a small price to pay for the indulgence of having something do the sifting for you. Not only do you not have to sift but you then also have time to do other things whilst the sifting is happening. Particularly good for older hands when using a spring based contraption can be difficult.

Convenient and useful

If saves time and accurately weights and sifts many ingredients. I have found my baking performance has improved and the texture and outcomes of cakes cookies and dough has improved. I am very pleased with my new gadget. ☺️

i find that you need to shake the sifter in order for the flour to keep going through.
it does slow the whole process down. on the upside the scales are great. i think it will take a few more goes before I'm sure.

Life Changing Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sifter+Scale attachment for Christmas, and at first thought it was a bit of a gimmick, however, having used it several times over the following weeks I find it a necessity in the kitchen. The scale is so useful both attached to the sifter and used alone. It all comes apart easily for cleaning, and is a breeze to put back together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas present I bought myself and I am so glad I did , the scales are very accurate on my KitchenAid or on the bench, clear to read. The sifter gradually adds my flour to the cake allowing my mixture to do its magic making the whole process so easy.
