Best appliance we have ever bought

We first purchased this in 2016 and have used it almost everyday since then. It's very flexible to cook bacon/eggs, burgers, fish... basically everything. I am now replacing it as we have worn it out.

Great Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DeLonghi Livenza All-Day Grill with Waffle Plates and Digital Control is a great appliance cooking evenly and quickly. The size of it helps in being able to cook many pieces quickly while being a device you don’t want to leave on the counter because of its size. Although easy to clean, getting the final nooks and crannies wiped down can be a final chore. Overall, this is a great way to cook, be it steaks or waffles and more.

Versatile for Every Meal of the Day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my DeLonghi Livenza All-Day Grill. It's true, you can use it all day long. I did! One day I decided to try it out. In the morning I used the waffle plates to make waffles, which the family loved! In the afternoon I need panini's for lunch and for dinner I made steaks. 3 different meals all using the same equipment. It cleans up easily and heats up fast. Both features needed when you have a busy household like mine.

It Looks & Feels Expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first go at this was a disaster. I tried grilling chicken breasts. I put both the grill plates in, waited for it to preheat, added the chicken, and closed the grill. When I closed the grill it stopped itself and sat right above the meat. Five minutes or so later my kitchen was full of smoke. I opened it up and the chicken was flat, charred, and very unappealing... A couple attempts later.
This grill is a great option. I have now mastered chicken breasts, salmon fillets, and turkey burgers. I typically go for a meat on one side and a vegetable on the other. I never close it. Instead I lay it flat so you can use 2 surfaces at once changing between the grill and griddle plates. I get dinner out with only the use of one thing. No more are the days of a pan, 2 pots, and a baking sheet to make one meal.
Now that I am a believer I will say this grill is not smoke proof. Another thing I must add is the short cord. It needs to be fairly close to an outlet. Other than that it is a dream. Easy to use. Easy to clean. The plates rinse well. Add a run in the dishwasher and its like new. I have had no issues with sticking including the first run when I burnt the chicken. Once you get the temperature right it is easy to use the knobs and buttons all work properly and it just makes sense. Great daily option.

Simple and great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a useful tool in our house. With 3 growing boys, it has been great to make panini's, grilled cheeses, quick burgers, and more. I have only gotten to explore the grill a little bit, but it is so easy to use that I can say I already recommend it. The grilling plates are very easy to pop off to wash, and change very easily.

This is the perfect all in one grill for inside of the house! I love that everything is digital and is compact! 5 stars!

It is so easy to use and makes the most amazing waffles! I have made hamburgers and steaks on it using the grill plates as well. The grease drips into the cup and not into my food. A must try for those that live in cold climates and can not grill outside year around.
