No Part Replacement Support

Bought this a few years ago and it works like a champ. The plates have seen some use and are no longer non stick. There are no grill plates to be had in the support area. Waffle plates, but no grill plates.
This travesty is made all the worse by the fact they are still selling the same product which means they have to be making the plates.

Simply the best. We had one for many many years. Then our cleaning lady destroyed the grill plates by improper cleaning. We were not able to find a pair of grill plates (fir some reason brand sells one grill and one flat plate instead which doesn’t really make sense imo)
We bought other brand grill instead and give it up after a month, it was simply not good.
So, we end up buying a new one 😅 kinda expensive but so worth it.

excellent even heat, but I would like to see adjustable ability to raise the back feet to level the surface for pancakes. I use a 7/16' strip of wood to level the grill to prevent rundown and odd shaped pancakes.

A lot of thought went into designing this product model. Just about Everything on this Model is exactly what the Doctor Ordered. I love the 3 Pairs of Cooking Plates that come standard with this Model !
2 Grill Plates, 2 Skillet Plates, 2 Waffle Grate Plates. They are all Non Stick, but make sure to seperately buy some Silicone Coated Spatulas and Tongs , to ensure you don't scratch the cooking surfaces ! The Even Cooking and Seperate Digital Temp. Control Knobs offer precise control of my cooking. The Sear Buttons offer me another added dimension to finish off the cook with grill marks.
There is only 1 Timer and 1 Power Button for both cooking surfaces, that turns on and off the power and heat. My wish list would only include 1 Improvement. A seperate Power Button and Timer for each Cooking Surface when the Grill is Open Face, that could be Bridged Automaticly to the 1 Main Power and Timer ,when your in the Closed Panini, Sandwich and Waffle Mode, Please !
Maybe that could be something Delonghi could Upgrade on the Next Updated Model, Hmm ! 🤔. Buy this like I did, and you won't be disappointed .

I enjoy my waffle maker as long as other plates. Equipment is easy to use. The only thing i could complain about is that regular plates are with a bit of decline angle, cannot make my eggs there. However, other users may find it useful.

We've owned this about a month and made many things with it. It's pretty great, I gave it four stars rather than 5 because I had hoped the construction would be a bit more solid. Overall it's been a good addition to a small kitchen.
