Great watch / UI is a little clunky

I just purchased the fenix 5+ titanium. I love the look and feel of the watch. Being an Apple product enthusiast, I was slightly nervous with the purchase. Using this watch definately is not as easy as an Apple Watch. The Garmin manuals are insufficient.
I am not giving up on the watch yet as I realize that I just need to put more effort into mastering the capabilities.

Distances are not correct.

I got the watch as a present, I played golf 4 times now and the watch doesn’t measure the correct yardage on the course.

I got my fenix5 plus for Christmas and I use it every time skiing. as a ski racer, I ski a lot so the skiing feature is very useful to me. I also really like the golf feature

Haven't taken it for a swim yet, which was the main goal, so that's TBD. Fairly happy with interface and app availability, but curious about the metrics..i.e. my first hour awake usually shows up as REM sleep.

I bought this watch 2 weeks ago and now i can monitor my sleep, heartrate and steps. the watch is not heavy i love it.
