I am extremely happy with this watch, I wear it all of the time, and use it for all activities I do with almost no issues with tracking, or battery life. I wish I would have got the 5S, as I am a relatively small female and the 5 is a little large on my wrist.

Very good, but not quite perfect

Really good battery life for a fitness / smart watch. Only 3 "negatives".
Before I give the negatives, remember that I am not giving all of the positives, as there are WAY too many to list. The watch is really good.
First - the top of the watch snags on anything long sleeve. If you look closely you will see 4 screws at the edges of the Bezel. the edge of the bezel on each side of these screws is fairly sharp / rough, and catches on the sleeve of anything & everything.
Second - The Band system they used really limits your band choices.
Third - Not exactly a negative, but something to consider - your only options for watch faces & apps come from the Garmin connect app. much more limited than Android wear OS or Apple.

This is a great watch that withstands all kinds of workouts! The accuracy is reliable, and all the added benefits are awesome Phone connectivity for notifications, storage to take your music and not need your phone, and the capability to pay from your wrist. Great watch overall.

The watch is great. Helpful tracking movement details and health. Downside is the battery life is not the greatest, and Garmin products don't sync well with Mac products. Also, really wish Garmin would work with Apple to add it to CarPlay.
