I just bought the Fenix 5, and to be honest I was a bit hesitant because of the price. After receiving the watch and using it for about a week I am completely blown away! The build quality and accuracy of this watch and it's features are beyond my expectations. Great job Garmin on a great product.

Perfect Apple Watch Replacement

Broke the screen of two Apple watches in a year. They are not rugged enough to be a sport watch!!!! But this one.....this one is rugged, and works great. The apps are great and set up is a breeze. Don't hesitate if you need a sport/workout watch......this is the one.

As I wrote previously about the 5S Plus, the 5 Plus is equally amazing. I bought bough to choose the perfect size and I ended up going for this one. Amazing features. Incredible response. Unlimited app options. Great to have the music available on it as well. So far, no cons. Thank you!

Everything I hoped for and more

I had been using another big brand smart watch with fitness capabilities, but it was not providing what I needed in breadth, depth and accuracy since it was a smart watch first and an activity tracker second. I made the switch this week to the Fenix 5 Plus and could not be happier. I'm simply amazed at the amount of versatility and data achieved with this device combined with Garmin's wonderfully easy to use and helpful app, Garmin Connect. This experience is a world apart from what I was getting with my other device. I've only had the Fenix 5 Plus 3 days now but so far I'm pretty impressed and VERY happy with my decision.

I am still figuring it out. This watch has way more options than I will ever use! So far, I am loving it. I have spent three last 5 years running with a Fitbit. This was a completely different experience from the unboxing to the street!
First off, I got this watch because I wanted music on my watch. I hate running with my phone! The music installed in seconds. I loaded 80 songs on to it in less than a minute!
The Connect software and dashboard is amazing compared to what I am used to! This watch will keep stats on every aspect of your running.
It also functions as a smart phone and will receive messages and emails from my phone. This was just a bonus for me because I wanted it for the workout features.
The only negative about this watch is the price. It is 2.5 times more expensive than the watch I was using. However, it is worth it so far.
