I originally purchased the 5S and within a week decided to upgrade to the 5S Plus and I'm thrilled that I did! It was worth the extra cost for the training plans, ease of connecting to wifi, and Garmin Pay. I will admit I liked the look of the 5S better, but had I never seen it, I would still love this one.
I used the pool swimming feature and run training plan and I'm very pleased. This weekend will be my first triathlon using it so I'm eager to see how it works!

Just got this watch yesterday, so still figuring out all the buttons and everything. Buttons are a little complicated but I’m sure I will figure them out. Otherwise love it!

I initially bought the 47mm face size and it was too big on my wrist (even though I do like large faced watches, it was still too big!). So I ordered the 42mm Fénix 5S Plus and it is perfect! I got it in black and paired it with a white strap, so it still looks sporty. Works great. Love the features. Wish it had tennis pre-loaded as an activity. Battery life is great. So glad I went with this over the Apple Watch.

purchased yesterday & as a 72 YO setting up modern electronis can be very challenging but I havent had any problem even downloaded my music paired to my headphone & Garmin connect

Poor user experience

Platform is very complicated to use. A supposedly premium device has poor screen colour quality. I have purchased it yesterday and I am returning it today back to the retailer. Will not recommend your product

I bought Garmin Fenix 5s plus two weeks ago . This is my first serious experience with such sports watch . I did a lot of research before I committed to such purchase. My reason for this watch is to measure how hard my body is working to prevent me from over training with all sports as well VO2 , navigation for trail runs . So far so good .Watch is loaded with endless options . It will take me little while to learn how to use this watch to full potential. Will write updated review in few months .
