I love being able to track my fitness and sleep and that it is a beautiful watch (doesn’t look like a cr@ppy tracker)! Want to know what function I should use if I’m doing strength & conditioning (mix of cardio and lighter weights)

This watch has nice features, I like that I can access my calendar and text messages along with getting call notifications. I also really like the app that is associated with this watch it is very helpful for keeping you motivated to reach your fitness goals.

GPS tracking on walk function bad

I usually turn on the Walk function during my daily walking exercise on one side of the Victoria harbour. Yesterday I did the same one hour walk. The Connect outcome shows I walk across the Victoria Harbour and walked few miles up north. This is not right.

Its too many control button, so i need to spend almost a week used to the watch.
Its better that has less control button like vivoactive 3 or apple watch.

HR was never tested on people of color

What can I say, device looks great, expensive but Garmin never tested it on people with darker skin. The OHR doesn’t work at all. It won’t pick up my HR. I have a Vivosmart 3 & Vívoactive 3 Music & they both work just fine. Typical Garmin style they make their paying customers their beta testers.

I am still getting used to all of the features, but the device is beautiful, fits comfortably, is extremely informative and motivates me like never before. Setup was a breeze and everything was syncing (phone, device, HR monitor, wireless headphones) in less than 20 minutes.

Loving My Watch!

I just made the switch from my apple watch to the garmin and I love it! I got the rose gold because I wanted something I could wear all day that looked nice but could still function with all of my activities. One of my favorite things is the battery. Coming from a watch that I had to charge daily, this is definitely a huge upgrade for me. I'm on day 3 and still have about 65% left. There are many features on here I have yet to really tinker with, but I know they will help enhance my training.
