Nice watch but altimeter doesn’t work properly

Have had this watch for a week now and haven't taken it off. So many features and new ones added all the time on the connect app. Easy to use and so light you barely even notice it's on. WINNER

Fun watch, almost perfect.

I love most of the features of this watch, I know I have not used them all, so this review is mainly for the maps. I like the navigation feature, but, it does not reroute you if you take a different way. As a runner, I love that this watch can take me somewhere, but I like trying to return using different roads, and it would be great if the watch would automatically figure that out, vs continuously telling me to turn around!.

Inaccurate Heart Rate

I've had my new watch for a week and cannot get the wrist heart rate to be accurate while running. In the past, I always wore my apple on my right wrist and it was spot on with my Garmin Vivioactive chest strap. I assumed that the fenix would be as accurate as the apple. I'm going to try again tomorrow and if I can't figure out the proper placement of the watch on my wrist to get an accurate heart rate reading, I'm going to have to return the product. The price is too high to figure out how to override the wrist heart rate and wear a chest strap.
