Best Microwave I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago to replace one that didn't seem so cook like it should. I'm so happy I did. I really like that is self cleaning. At first, I wasn't quite sure that the oven could accurately get the time right for the features, such as reheat, cook vegetables, or potatoes, but I found everything came out perfect. I'm sorry I didn't buy this microwave sooner.

Unit powers on and all seems normal except that no heat is generated.

Very poor durability

Looks good but terrible in quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave back in 2018 and the microwave front door broken after less than 3 months usage due the bad design. The bond between the front door and its front panel just cracked within short period of time. Never get the chance to write down the review until now. The microwave looks cool but quality with the front door is terrible. They either need to get rid of the cheap plastic that holds the front pannel with front frame or change the design. Every time you open the door, the door clamp keeps a lot pressure on the door and pulls the whole thing off quickly.

Be prepared to buy another microwave in 5 years.
