Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s extremely easy to use, cleans up easily, looks great and is really quiet. I will be contacting customer service since the black stainless paint is already coming off inside of the door where closes and it’s only been used maybe 12 times!

2nd microwave in 5-6 years

We bought the first microwave about 5 years ago. It completely died-no power at all-in about three years. We bought the same model about two years ago. It died Christmas night, 2018. Our kitchen was completely redone using Whirlpool appliances. At this point we will not buy another, nor will I recommend to anyone. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You get what you pay for and I am very pleased and would buy it again. Fits to dimensions and specs. Install took 15 minutes or less. Great product.

Problems already with this microwave

Bought this microwave through Lowes in March 2018... the door had a malfunction within the first 3 months of use, where it wouldn’t work and would give an error code.... so we had to replace it... Now, out of its warranty period, door is doing the same thing and pieces of plastic broke off of the microwave door, and the door won’t shut completely. Would have thought that the microwave would at least make it to 2 years before we would have to replace it, but I guess not. Poor quality with this one.
