QUIET!

The thing we noticed immediately it that is WONDERFULLY QUIET! In addition to the efficiency we experienced, we also love the look of this model in our kitchen.

Complicated unclear buttons

Except for just one feature, a vast improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two grease filters and a light that's positioned deep over the cooking surface, this model offers much improvement over the 2012 version. BUT, that the "+30 sec" button is also the start button is neither clear on the front panel of buttons or in the user guide. But, of course, we figured it out.

Pretty and works great!

Works great but the only things I don't like about it are..the volume is soooo low when it's done and there's no way to turn it up & some of the settings, like warming a dinner plate or baked potatoes, it doesn't give you a countdown of how much time is left. Kinda of annoying.
