[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 months ago, it’s ok, but takes forever to heat up. Always buy whirlpool, have always had good luck. Top never looks clean, no matter what I use. As with all stoves the drawers on the bottom are extremely sharp, not sue why no manufacturer has figured this out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven gave us 4 good years then the error code came

I bought this 4 years ago and enjoyed it until the error code of f6 e1 came on . I called parts and service only to get the runaround on what part I needed to fix the issue. Parts can’t diagnose it and service wants me to pay for a tech to come tell me what I need. This I think is ridiculous as I can fix the oven myself if told what part I need. I own all whirlpool appliances and this might be the last as poor customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
