Cooks well but some features are frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: bake temp/time accuracy; oven depth fits larger baking trays; flex sized burners
Cons: can't turn on convection without stopping and restarting temp; timer only beeps once (quietly) when oven is baking but when oven is off and it's just timer, it beeps repeatedly until turned off; bottom drawer difficult to slide open and closed; when setting temp, display skips too quickly when held down
Overall, this oven works but if I'd known about some of the cons listed above, I would not have purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really easy to operate and great looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this produce last July 2020. It works great but the only big problem is the cleaning. No way to be able to clean the tops. I read the review and everyone has the same problem. No way to be able to clean it. It has scares and others. We tried everything and nothing worked
