Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned another glass top stove before this one and it was much less fragile. My back burner already has a small crack on it and there are other scratches on the glass. My daughter may have dropped something on it and is not telling me but I know that I did not drop anything on it and have no idea how the crack or scratches got there after only 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range makes a humming noise when it reaches the cooking temperatures. I've had whirlpool techs check and again they say there's nothing that can be done. It will stop. I've been in my new home since March and it continues to hum!
