Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range makes a humming noise when it reaches the cooking temperatures. I've had whirlpool techs check and again they say there's nothing that can be done. It will stop. I've been in my new home since March and it continues to hum!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven does not work. It will not cook the food according to said directions. I have had a technician over 3 times and they say it is ok but it is not
Cooked a meatloaf last week after he left. Internal temperature reached 105 degrees when it should have been 165 degrees
Whirlpool 800 number is always a 50 minute wait time
Very unsatisfactory This is a new unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance was a part of the package in my new home purchase on Feb 28, 2020. The bottom element in the stove makes a noise when it is heating up and gets hot. I've had two service calls on it. The first tech told me he could do nothing about it and that it would stop. It didn't! The second Tech has had me run the longest cleaning cycle and it should resolve it. If not call them back and they will replace the element.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well 7 months into the first year I’ve already had to warranty out the door hinge. The door just dropped open while cooking and it wouldn’t close.
The other MAJOR complaint is it is impossible to clean the smooth glass top. Every time it’s used it leaves a ring like calcium or something and it does not come off. If it wasn’t so pricey I’d throw it out the door.
Hope this helps you avoid my mistake. Don’t let the good looks fool you. It’s a pig covered in perfume..

Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with New Modular Home. Bought home May20th. Range operates well enough. Surface hard to keep clean. Front SS molding coming off! Oven insulation protruding! Called Whirlpool..No Warranty. Brand new unit, brand new appliance. Would not recommend this supplier!
